thriteen is a bit too young ... I hope that you can understand the gravity of your decision - before you come out, you need to REALLY know who you are - who knows how they are at the age of 13..
In any case, you have ages ... no need to rush

I wouldn't go mad on telling her you've already slept with a girl, but I'm glad you're sure in your convictions.

Just sit down with her and tell her, straightforward. Remember, your Mum loves you and only wants the best for you.

Alternatively, you could just point out a woman you think is really fit on the TV, just say "She's well hot" or something along those lines :D. Depends what your Mum's like really, but the main thing is not to worry, she won't think any less of you for it.

Good luck x

wait for a while.
say nothing to your mum till it becomes an obvious pattern with you - you are, after all, only 13. This could just be a bit of an experiment.
If this is still continuing at 16 and so on, yep you are a lesbian I would think!

At your age to have feelings for someone of the same sex is quite common, this may change as you get older. however, to best tell your mum, you need to sit down with her and explain how you feel. she may be a bit shocked at first but she loves you and will support you on this.

consider whether your safe in telling her first.. your still dependant on your parents probably at 13: so have your home, money and family support to lose if theres a chance you'll get thrown out.

bring the conversation round to gay issues to test her out and see her reactions if your not sure..

theres a million different ways to tell your parents.. it depends on how you normally communicate and how shes gonna take it.

i used: 'how would you feel if i told you i was a lesbian?' and then told her i was.

Yuu could be bi. Do yuu like guys too??
Either way, there's no way around it- if yuu're a lesbian, yuu'll have to tell yuur mum somehow.
The best way to do it is to just slip it into conversation as if it's not a big deal- that way yuu wont have the awkward
"mum theres something i need to tell yuu?"
"what?"
"im a lesbian"
"WHAT?!?!?!"
situation....
hopefully...
good luck xx

At 13 you are probably too young and inexperienced to be able to tell the difference between the feelings you get from being affectionate with someone (of any gender) and your actual sexual orientation.
Besdies, you're too young to have to worry about this and 'label' yourself. Give it some time. If you find that as you get older you are truly not attracted to boys, but only to girls, then we can talk.
For now, just enjoy being young and don't worry about it :)

Dude, if you're a 13 year old girl, then I'm the pope.

First question you thought "maybe" 'cause of watching boobs on TV, now you've slept with a girl and you're in love?

Please. Go get your jollies elsewhere.

You have to just tell her...the sooner the better and you'll have a weight lifted off your shoulders. Honestly, most of us think its a surprise but most of the time they already know.

well just tell her and tell her u r not going through a phase and she still has to love you because you are being honest with her as she taught you to be when u were little, tell her you are very happy and you have always known you were gay.
also tell her about pflag.
