Usually it's all a rip-off.

It really depends on just how much aggravation you want to suffer through to get something.
There are bargains to be had, for sure, but it does take some effort and knowing exactly what you are going after beforehand is a huge advantage.
The last time I was so inclined to go on a Black Friday, we bought a 27" tv. We knew exactly what we wanted and where it was and was in and out of the store in something like an hour. The store was packed, but we were not looking for anything else..we were on a mission and we managed it without too much hassle.
If you want to "shop" that may be a different scenario, and if you want to put up with the shoving and poking and the overall madness, then this is the gig for you.

You are totally right. Most of stores have discount not big deal. Actually, you can go there after 6 AM and still can buy your favor stuff. The only good deal that you may find is electronic stuffs in store such as bestbuy. From my poins of view, most of the cheap ones are not what we need. A good example is MP3 players. You may need an apple but they never give you big discount with apple, stead the ones such as Samsung that you do not like. Anyway, Friend morning is still good shopping time, at least, you can go with your family, just for fun. Good luck.

Best Buy has some great deals on laptops and computers. They're like half off and include printers and virus protection. I am still not getting up that early for any reason though.

They definitely do but they usually have a limit per store per item so if it's a really great deal than you better get there by 3.

A few yrs ago, I would check out those sales, but now I can't be bothered with the traffic and congestion in the parking malls. But here are a few websites you can check out.
www.cybermonday.com
www.pricegrabber.com
www.mysimon.com
www.jangle.net
www.slickdeals.net
www.blackfriday.com
Happy shopping to you!

I'm wondering that, too, but the flyers in tomorrow's newspaper might be better. They've got to be pretty good, or I'll be sleeping in!
