Well, how close are you guys? How close is he to your fiance? It all depends on your relationship with him...I'm guessing that you aren't that close.
I recommend going with a generic gift- a shirt, watch, pocket knife, wallet, gift cards, etc.

I would say something simple yet thoughtful like a sweater
a nice coffee mug, maybe a sports shirt of his favorite team.
Or a nice card and a gift certificate.

Find out what he likes and buy it. Most guys like something for their car, office or cologne of some kind.
