I think Kitna is prime for a melt down and came close the other day. Watch for him to throw 3 or so interceptions and for Green Bay to win comfortably.

I am a long-suffering Lions fan and I appreciate how they have played this year. That being said ..... I think it is a tall order to expect them to beat GB -- even at home. GB is playing awesome on both sides of the ball. The Lions lost an opportunity the last two weeks to get a couple of wins to help them reach the playoffs.
Does that mean they cannot win? No. The Jets beat Pittsburgh last week so anything can happen and the Lions have been known to occasionally pull off an upset on Thanksgiving so I am hoping they do win ...... I am just not expecting it.

The Lions record at home this year is good 4 wins, they do play well on thanksgiving....so do they have a chance most definitely. Lions to do it they need to run the ball, KJ needs to rush for a 100 + yds and doing that against the pack will be a tall order. secondly....protection of Kitna, if the off line does not protect Kitna he will be out by the 3rd quarter. Third the special team need to make a vast improvement from last week, they are awful, field position will be critical!!

The Lions have just entered the tough part of their schedule and need to come away with some wins against somebody if they expect to make the playoffs.

They will give Green Bay all the can handle tomorrow. I think they can pull off an upset here.

Look, I don't know what you guys are talking about, saying that Favre only has the long ball. The short slant routes they use SET UP the long ball. It's SUPPOSED to do that. Even if they do take it away (which they won't, their defense sucks..), Favre is able enough to drive down the field with simply crossing patterns/slants...espcially with the resurgance of the Pack running game. The lions can win, yeah, I just don't see it happening. The Pack, if they lose, will have probably have beaten themselves.

I think they will win. Farve has lived by that long ball this season, and that is really all they have to take away. Plus, it is the Thanksgiving game in Detroit, of course they are going to win it.

Uh, no...While the Lions have been a good story, they're not as good as the Packers...I think they'll be in the playoffs though, unless they really have a meltdown...
