Is it wrong to give your 2 week notice when you have 2 weeks of vacation planned? You just give them your written notice as you walk out the door on the Friday before you leave for vacation.

I don't believe so. I think it's just good timing. You've earned that vacation time! It just so happened to be scheduled at the same time you decided to move on. Enjoy your vacation and your new life. Good Luck.

I don't think so. They still have the same 2 weeks to replace you. If you're entitled to the vacation, why not take it?

i am not sure I think you should give your notice after your vacation. It would be better.

Its a poor work ethic. A two week notice is supposed to help your employer replace you. You not only screw over your employer but your coworkers have to work harder because of you.
