I have been to and through North Carolina many times--beautiful state. I dated a charming lady from there a few years back and miss her like heck now. Wish I could get in touch with her again...her name was Sandy.
Best road sign I ever saw there was at the state line going north from South Carolina--it said: "North Carolina uses radar to protect YOU from speeding drivers".

North of North carolina is virginia.... did you mean the Northern part of North carolina? I've been all over the state, I live in southeastern Virginia, Va beach.
