A little off topic, but I think Guiliani should use "Rudy Can't Fail" after the excellent Clash song.
I don't think anyone from the Clash would want a Republican adopting one of their songs though.
Also, Rudy actually refers to the Rude Boys of Jamaica.
Regardless, that would be an awesome campaign song and slogan.
Edit: What's a Barroke? Maybe Rock With Barrack could work.
