In the name of contempt of court all misdeeds or glaring mistakes are protected from public criticism/scruitiny.Courts penalise others for their mistakes but when will they do introspection and start treating everyone before them as equals

Well hope was the only thing left in Pandora's Box, and Hope the only thing that human race is surviving on.
There is injustice everywhere my man, in order to be treated as an equal, you have to solid, solo and straight and strong.
Solid, take a stand and stay firm on it.
solo because , people saying, "Oh What the use, nothing will happen". Nothing will hap pend if you do NOTHING.
Straight, no matter what do not comprise on you ideas/morals. you may think, that is the only way or safe way,
but remember all who did budge and stayed solid to the end,
they changed HISTORY. So
So a long road, but a straight road is the fastest when you decide to run.
Be strong, for many will try to weaken you by threats, or bribes. remember always, "The one who tolerates the sins, is as quilt as then the one who sins." It may sound long winded and philological to you right now, but take a good look at history who have taken a lone stand, and convince others too.

Answer to your question is simple as I too had this question in me for several times. I got the answer from my Late father. The answer was: A driver of a Corporation Garbage Truck is also a driver and Driver of the President of India Car is also a driver both holds same type of Driving license. But irony is President's Driver is more powerful and well placed than the Corporation Driver. In my father's words: All Dogs are equal but some dogs are more equal.

Everyone is equal only theoretically, but from beginning of human civilisation actually might is right specially in our country and for our politicians if any politician is punished it is only for show and get lightning punishment and most of the time enjoys it.
