He sounds childish and selfish. He should care enough about you to be understanding of your need to get some sleep. While I realize it's not his "fault" that he snores, it's also not your fault that you can't sleep through it. I wouldn't tolerate him spending the night on a "customer's boat" (if that's in fact where he was), when he gets all pissy about you wanting to sleep in a separate room. He needs to do whatever it takes to cure his snoring problem - it's his responsibility. It's certainly not your responsibility to live without sleep!

Ask him to got to the doctor and get a presegure done in his nose that will help him stop snoring in the mean time go to the pharmacy and get some snoring patches and have him put it on his know ask the pharmacit they will be able to help you. Then you will be able to sleep with your husband again tell him your concerns tell him you are sorry buit that he does not let you sleep that his snoring is very loud get a vedio camera so that he can see and so that he can understand and if all else fails everytime he snores wake him and up and tell him you are snoring I can not sleep.

My husband and I faced the same challenge years ago! I would never get a good night's sleep because of his snoring so I was angry all the time. I used to wake him up to stop snoring (roll over, or just slightly interrupt his breathing pattern) and then he wouldn't get enough sleep either. So then BOTH of us were upset all the time! Because of this, I started sleeping in another room. He got angry with me for this at first, but then he got used to it. I now have my own room. We still "visit" (if you know what I mean!) in the master bedroom, but I get up right after and go sleep in my own room. We both get MUCH better sleep this way! :-)

I think he just needs to get used to the idea. Maybe like my husband, he has these preconceived notions of what married life should be like, and part of that includes sleeping in the same bed. However, if it's not doing either of you any good because you're not getting sleep, then he needs to see that it's in his best interest to let you sleep in another room. Let him know that it's not that you don't love him or even that you don't like him--it's about getting a good night's sleep. Hopefully he'll come around and be okay with this eventually!

His soft pallet is too soft and it flaps. There is a medical procedure to tighten it up with a laser and there will be no more snoring.

You should record his snoring. Then play it back for him. He doesn't hear himself. Turn it to the true volume of his snores and ask him if he can get to sleep with that by his ear.

What an idiot****!!, what kind of a man does this? he gets all hurt after what he does, of course it's not his fault, but you know what, record him, put a recorder and show him the next day.
I am so so sorry for you, because this is a reason for divorce, did you know that?
He needs medical treatment, loose weight, etc.etc.
And he really need to grow up and show love for you guys and understand your situation.....
What an assh****, the nerve to even say a bad word, because he "got mad".....excuse me, Mr Prince!!!
You know, I don't respect any man who mistreats his family in any way......
Can't stand it and he doesn't help? make a deal to sleep separate because of his medical problem, girl!! and have a Good Night for ever................don't let him mistreat you!!

Hunny, first whats a sleeping ernie??? Second my man could peel the roof off, I sleep at the other rend of the bed, I know its dumb, I use a fan that drowns him out, and I know its getting cold so I got this fan that blows Hot Air. But I will have to tell you this still are in the same bed we both get our sleep and believe it or not he hugs my legs alot and that keeps us close. I love sleeping with my husband but if I could remove that nose it would be gone in an instant.
