It intends entierly what im having to choose about.
I would say that my family will be there no matter what choices i make, whether i make good or bad desisions.
Friends can be a bit more fickle but if they are a true friends they wouldn't make u choose between them and your family anyway.
if a choice was enevitable and every attempt had been made to reach a compromise with both family and friends then i would make my choice very carfuly, consider everything before I choose and make sure both sides know exactly why i have made the desisions i have.
If people understand all the facts that have made you choose a certain way then even if they dont like the choices you've made they may respect you and your reasons.

Family any day. I know all families are crazy whether they want to accept or not. But we are who we are because of our family.
But anyway, why are you in a situation that you have to choose between the two. If I told my family, i am choosing a friend over them, they will be totally fine. Because they know they are not being unchosen, If that makes any sense.
A friend should not put you in a situation, you have to choose between your family and himself/herself. If I was a friend in that situation, i would walk away and/or stay by your side as the case may require and make sure you stay with your family.

My family are my friends and my friends are family. To choose one or the other, I get both either way. So it does not matter really whether family or friends because to me they are one and the same.

honestly...friends over family, because my family sux,hardcore...and my friends are obviously people that i like(why else would they be my friend?) i have friends that have done way more for me than my family ever has/would...my friends treat me with more respect, my friends care about me more(if you dont believe me i have one thing to say to you: you dont know me) sure there is that thing that says that your family will always be your family and they are your blood or whatever, but what about familys with adopted kids?technically, those arent their blood relatives and they still care about each other "like a family" so you dont have to be blood to care about someone like a family...my friends are more like a family to me then my family is....also if you are going to say that a friend might not always be your friend,then they fall out of the category of friend so my remaining friends are placed above my family still, and no matter what happens my real friends would still be my friends (thats another reason why they are my friend, they dont have to be there but yet, they are,and here to stay)so yay: my friends...boo:my "family"

not aware of your situation, but with my life experience friends ARE defnitely family in more ways than 1...they are ALWAYS there for u, no matter what and do not judge you but except your issues...show you more respect and empathy! I have a large family, but nothing compares to the friendships u hold dear and true and honest..Friends are more special than u think! Hope this helps a little! Good luck!

That is hard. I love my family and hate them sometimes and I hate my friends sometimes but not all of them.
I would say my family and my friend. I can't choose between family! My friends are like my family.
