You are going through a lot and it is a normal process. It is hormones. You need to start focusing on all the positive things in your life. When you start to feel blue write it down and write down what makes you happy. Funny stories, things that made you laugh and when you start to get upset go back and read those things.
Also get involved in after school activities. Sports or clubs, even volunteer work after school. Start looking at all the opportunities you have around you and use your time to work instead of drowning yourself with the teenage woes.
It might also help to talk to your parents about how you are feeling. Maybe even a close friend.
Only you can make you happy! Start living your life and don't let it pass you by. The world is at your feet. Put a smile on that face and dry those tears.

You're meant to believe that manner whilst you see a dwelling factor being killed; that is empathy and way you are human. Saying that, as Muslims we're allowed to consume meat, and by means of definition, the animal should be killed earlier than it may be eaten. If it disillusioned you such a lot, do not cross in your Uncle's whilst that is going down. Also, at your age you're simply commencing to battle with questions approximately mortality, and dying, which could provide an explanation for why this had one of these giant influence on you. I'd say deliver it a while, and notice when you rather wish to swear off meat for well.

Oh, hun. I know EXACTLY what you are going through. Now here is my homemade diagnosis:
- Go to bed at a decent hour (BEFORE 10:00)
-Eat healthy foods and try to avoid the unhealthy snacks you tend to eat when sad.
-Excersize 20-30 minutes a day
-Set aside 10 minutes to lay on a hard flat surface and take deep deep breaths and think about nothing and just calm yourself
-If you are so sad and feel dirty: Take a shower. It will refresh you
-If a shower is not needed but you need a refresher- wash your face with a tingly scrub.
I hope this works and if you need more support or just someone to talk to - I'm here!
All the best

Sometimes it is chemical imbalance so go to the Doctor.
Get off of sleeping pills and check all your other drugs with the Doc. If all that is cool then busy yourself helping others who are less fortunate than youre self. The answer to happiness is Thank Full ness. Grampa B

Lots of changes going on inside you right now. Lots of people have felt the same things. Seek out a support group - you're not alone!

Try talking to an adult you trust...it could be some kind of chemical imbalance and medication could help. It also could just be that your hormones are going crazy at this age...and being a teenager isn't that easy to begin with.
