It's called self control. And like someone else says, mind over matter. It's all in your head that you HAVE to have sex. It's not a necessity.

it is possible...people choose not to believe it. in todays society, they see sex everywhere. therefore, people think its "normal" when its really not. people fall into peer pressure...it is possible. trust me, i should know :-) nothing wrong with not jumping on the bandwagaon

once youve done it alot before ,its very hard to abstain whenever the urge comes. u may use occupational therapy.. just keep yourself busy then youll not be minding having the urge as always as it was.. if everything goes out of control, just masturbate, after all it is a very safe way to indulge yourself..
