One year our dog got ahold of the turkey before it was stuck into the oven, pissed my friend off. She did not want to cook and eat it so my friends husband washed it cooked it and we took it to a get together, but she would not touch it. I figured what the hell he just got a wing. I ate it did not ruin my turkey day. But I do not know about this one I am going to another friend house to have turkey and the young lady who is coking the turkey is not too bright but at least the stuffing and the mashed potato's will be tasty I am making those. I also made the pistachio salad. I gave he some pointers but fist she wanted to steam it but she decide on baking It told her to brine it but she did not want to do that she thought it would be salty. So I am giving her a cook book tomorrow before we dig in.

Kidding. I have my own teeth. But really, when you think about it, dentures not sticking COULD spoil a Thanksgiving!

Well if I allowed it, my dysfunctional family could do the trick, with little effort on their part..............but I just revel in the humor of it all.....you know that whole making lemonade deal (out of lemons)
