I would suggest using an enzyme drain cleaner. Enzyme cleaners such as Draincare by Zep, cling to and eat the clog. Using a caustic cleaner can ruin pipes and surfaces. If it does not work, a Plumber will charge you extra for having to work with it in the pipes.

do not use that products on plastic pipes, the best product for that is a can of red devil lye that comes in crystal. i table spoon let it set for 30 minutes and then flush with cold water
