was he recently punched in the stomach or kidneys? otherwise he could have a very bad kidney infection. he needs to go to the doctor.

if it burns when he pees it's also a sign of a kidney infection or a UTI, it's rare for men but it can happen

He needs to see a doctor. He may have a bruised kidney. Does he play sports. Does he hidrate enough. At least 8 glasses of water a day. And it could be something worse. So get him to a doctor only they can tell the cause. Meanwhile make sure he drinks plenty water.

Could be a couple of things. A stone, an STD or a kidney infection. Did he get hit in the kidneys recently? That could cause it too.

Any way you look at it, he needs to get to a Doctor now! It could be a very serious thing.

well if he have 10.5 stone he is obviously going to pee blood stones up to 6 mm usually pass out with out any treamtment but if its 10 he needs to go to a doc and get it smashed by a lithotripsy basically what happens is blood comes with pee when stone is passing or it ruptures small blood vessels in the kidney

Does he smoke weed or drink liqour. IF so he needs to lay off. He's to young to be peeing blood. Tell him to drink lots of water, flush out his system, eat vegetables, and go to the doctor. That's not good at all.

Could be any number of bladder infections - seek a doctors advice as it could go beyond the bladder up into the kidneys and you don't want to go there!

Because, you have a Urine Tract Infection (UTI). That cause you could get burn while you were urinal. That cause you're bleeding coming from. You need goes see your doctor. They will take care for you and they may check your bladder too.

That's a bad sign. He should get checked out.

It might be a bladder or urinary tract infection, but he might also be having some problems with his kidneys.

Also, it might JUST be dye from something he ate (or from a vitamin he took), but it's better to get checked out.
