No; sharing codes is illegal. They are all different, so it wouldn't work anyway.

When you installed the game, you were asked to register it. If you did that (and you should have), the code is stored on your account, and you can access it from http://www.ea.com .

If you didn't, you can purchase a new code from EA for $10.

No, they vary. You might want to post on the EA Sims 2 forums asking them how to recover your serial number. There is a way to do it.
