We usually do pizza also. It's so easy when you're trying to get things done before tomorrow.

Usually something Italian! My favorite being lasagna.
Tonight, though, we're having venison stew. A neighbor brought us a fresh venison haunch yesterday, and I spent a couple of hours cutting it into roasts/steaks. Didn't want all that effort to go to waste, so I chopped up a small roast for stew meat, added carrots, potatoes, and onions, and dumped it all in the slow cooker for dinner this evening.
