I want to get it? How do you get it, and how could you know if you already have it?? I heard anyone can have it if they practice and make it a habit, but I'm not sure how you know when you have it or not??!?!? help please??

I believe you have to be confident with your self and have people skills.
You have to know the difference between saying something stupid and disgusting to what makes them laugh.

You can be comfortable with yourself, your situations around you and your decisions without worrying whether you are offending anyone. Charisma takes someone who is not snobbish and is down to earth without trying to impress others.
Most charismatics don't offend too many except those who are jealous of such composure. Most people don't know whether they have it or not. Only others can sense it. I hope this helps. Don't get crazy about it, just go with the flow and enjoy what you do and what you love.

Charisma is for wimps! It's a smokescreen for those people who have no real depth. I have bucket loads of charisma but it's all bravado. When it comes to getting down to business and 'getting the job done' I find it's those people who are not charismatic that achieve more as they have more to prove...

You know you have charisma if you aren't afraid to speak in front of a large crowd. Charismatic people are normally outgoing.
Just talk to people, practice speaking in front of the mirror. You'll get the hang of it :)

Charisma. I think it is a quality that makes you unique or a little mysterious to others. It just comes natural. A part of your personality.

If you are okay with who you are. If you love yourself and are happy being you. You will have charisma..because you won't have to pretend or be fake. And you'll be happy talking about yourself and lending an ear to others who want to talk about themselves.
