The true proof of age is through birth certificate issued by the local municipality where a person is born. In case you do not have this birth certificate gets one & use it for all purpose. As far stating any age or date of birth on affidavit that is attested by a notary public has no legal value unless the authorities agreed to this for some reasons. Although stating any thing on oath by affidavit has legal value but since the information that one states in an affidavit is on best of his knowledge, that itself doesn't means that the information stated by such a person becomes truth for any or all purpose, such can happen that due to mistake of facts a person states the information on oath but when the correct facts regarding this information comes to his knowledge such a person can always plead ignorance of facts or mistake with regard to the facts. Any person who thinks that he is of a particular age, states that in an affidivit, but when he come to know his true date of birth he can make correction with regard to his age, stating that this fact of his date of birth came to his knowledge later on & by mistake of this fact he had mentioned incorrect age in his previous affidavit without any intention to cheat any one for any purpose & now the date of birth as stated in his birth certificate issued by the local Municipalities of the district where he was born, he wants to do the correction regarding his age, which is correct & with his full knowledge as calculated on the basis of the true/original birth certificate issued by the Municipality where he was born, that also bears his father's & mother's name & place of his birth & residential address of his parents, a true copy duly attested by competent government authorty of the birth certificate is being attached with this new affidavit.

Unless you changed your age through affidavit due to an incorrect date of birth I can't imagine why you would ever need to change it in the first place. I mean now your 19, but really your 21. I would talk to a lawyer on this one. I would guess if you were able to do it once, I guess they will let you do it again.

You cannot "change" your age. It is fraud and impossible. An Affidavit is just a sworn statement in front of a notary stating the Truth! Are you kidding me?
