These do sound like typical symptoms of the end of pregnancy.
I hope your bag is packed. What is your exact due date?
Congratulations on a Happy Baby.

With every day pass, our country is getting into more and more trouble. The inflation, unemployment and falling value of dollar are the main concern for our Government but authorities are just sleeping, they don’t want to face the fact. Media is also involve in it, they are force to stop showing the real economic situation to the people. I start getting more concern about my future as well as my family after watching the response of our Government for the people that affected by hurricane Katrina.
According to recent studies made by World Bank, the coming crisis will be far worse than initially predicted. So if you're already preparing for the crisis (or haven't started yet) make sure you watch this video at http://www.familysurvival.tv and discover the 4 BIG issues you'll have to deal with when the crisis hits, and how to solve them fast (before the disaster strikes your town!) without spending $1,000s on overrated items and useless survival books.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

Heart burn is common and it might be an old wives tale but they say that it means the baby has a lot of hair!
Sounds like you just have an upset tummy, but the lower back pain may be an early sign although it may be just extra weight that you are carrying putting a strain on it.
The onset of labour feels sort of like a period pain. You definitely feel it in the ovary area.
Hope this helps and good luck and best wishes to you all.

I have no idea what a coccyx is..do you mean cervix? I'd say that since you're 39 weeks labor could be starting any time.

Well i had my baby in June and i had extremely bad diarrhea! I just thought i had a stomach ache... 2 hours later, i was in labour. Apparently it is your bodys natural way of flushing you out, getting you ready for what your about to do!
So, you might be going into labour very soon! Congratulations!
