Make sure you are not overweight and you stretch regularly before and after the game. Running regularly does wonders to your stamina and your ability to play well. Knee and wrist injury can be avoided if necessary precautions are taken.

Any sport can be stressful on the body, but I think it is something you would develop after years of strenous playing. This would not happen if it was something you just did for fun. I play tennis on a team and when my knee hurts I just wear a brace. It used to hurt every match my first year but this year (my second) it didn't hurt at all. But then again I have knee problems. So if you don't have any problems already, you probably won't get any. Of course your muscles could hurt just from practicing or playing a long time, but that doesn't mean that you are hurting them. It just means you are making them storonger.

I would try to figure out why your knees feel hurt first. If you are not old enough, try not to go to the weight room. Sometimes I felt my knees were really sore but it turned out I put too much weight for my legs on some machines and eventually it got my knees to react. If it is caused by your diving, or other on-court actions, you might want to consider a different pair of knee-pads, or try to figure out whether you should change your landing style after each block or spick. To answer your question regarding what to wear, Mizuno VS-1 kneepads are highly recommended. They don't just protect you from bouncing into the floor, but also help you get extra strength from your legs.

Well, if you are afraid of straining your arms and knees. You are just better off sucking some old man's dick as a sport. Tennis will require some pain, there will be no gain, baby!

it all depends on you wether or not you get hurt. if you know just how far you can push your body then you should be fine, or if you want to push that little extra you could end up like me and throwing your shoulder out of sockit. this is a very fun game and amazing to play, but it all depends on how much time you are willing to spend on it, and how hard you will poush yourself for it. hope you enjoy playing!!!

it is not tough, but you need good stamina. People think that hit hard is the way to go, but control is way more important. if you want to play with friends, don't need that much strength. But make sure you have a good warm-up and stretch.

Overworking any body parts, ok, almost any, can be counter productive.
For example; too much Y!QA can lead to carpal tunnel syndrome.
Moderation in all things. Welllll...almost all things.
