It depends on your matabolism. Normal can very with the different paces of the body. My normal weight gain is about six pounds, but then after I go to the bathroom I'm back to me! Not to say that I eat six pounds of food, but it's like the weight expands after you consume it. It takes a while to process all of it, so a few days you will loose all of what you ate, but it's not a constant process. Thanksgiving is great. Eat up. Eat healthy. Don't push your hunger to the edge, to control cravings, and your weight will be manageable. Happy Thangsgiving to you!

The normal weight gain is as much as 50 lbs for some ppl, but for an average person, like you, probably less than 10.

i don't know about that day, but between november and january i usually gain 2-5 lbs.

it depends on how much u eat. a lot maybe 2 pound a little .5 to 1 pound and a little nothing but try to take a walk or something to saty active
