Not unless you are a member of the military with top secret clearance.

There are no "free" public satellites that provide live or even recently updated images of the Earth at high-resolutions. There are a couple of companies that you could pay to take images for you...but it ain't cheap.

Really, the best continuously updated images of the Earth come from weather satellites and from the Terra, Aqua, and Envisat satellites. But their maximum resolution is about 250 meters per pixel. (Links to those are below.)

if your talking about like a google earth that is a live feed, forget about it you would need a private satelite. just use google earth the images arent too far out of date.
unless your trying to stalk someone or something.....lol
