No they don't. The highest temperature that the sun can cause on the earth surface does not exceed 100 degree celcius and eggs will not explode at this temperature. May be if you put an egg in a microwave oven it can explode at certain settings.
To make an object explode requires that you excite the particles or atoms very quickly.

One egg dropped on the Sun will unbalance the thermonuclear fusion/gravity equilibrium and the Sun will collapse and go supernova.
