You are suppose to take that bag of shat and put it to boil in a pot, add seasoning, onions, bell pepper and it will turn into gravy for your turkey!

Their sloppy seconds of the turkey de-entrailizing process. Your suppose to pass them on to someone you dislike at your dinner table. Then, tell them afterwards so the ill-feeling sets in.

It's the innards..and I would stray away, althought when boiled with stock, they make a tastey gravy.

It's the liver, kidneys, etc. On ambitious years, I even cook them up and put them in gravy and/or stuffing.....this is NOT an ambitious year......TRASH!!!
