You are suppose to take that bag of shat and put it to boil in a pot, add seasoning, onions, bell pepper and it will turn into gravy for your turkey!

leftovers from the turkey farm. And by the time I get to the no no spots I've had enough till next year.

That nasty shat is the guts, you're supposed to boil 'em up and use the liquid in your gravy.

Their sloppy seconds of the turkey de-entrailizing process. Your suppose to pass them on to someone you dislike at your dinner table. Then, tell them afterwards so the ill-feeling sets in.

I chuck it. Why the heck do they leave it in there? If I want Turkey guts, I'd slaughter a turkey myself.

It's the innards..and I would stray away, althought when boiled with stock, they make a tastey gravy.

It's the liver, kidneys, etc. On ambitious years, I even cook them up and put them in gravy and/or stuffing.....this is NOT an ambitious year......TRASH!!!
