Nah, just kidding. How's everyone doing?
Real question is:
Why do my Raiders suck so bad. I've been a fan forever but I can't remember being happy about watching them since the Jerry Rice Superbowl losing year.
How do the Raiders rebound? What do we need?

I know the Raiders suck you guys don't have to try and be all cool by reminding me.
I'm just asking, how do they rebound? Draft, free agency, trade? What pickups would really help?

Haha yeah I'm an actual Raiders fan that is aware that my team is a bottom feeder. They're still the best team in the NFL to me... they just can't win any games... if that makes sense.
No need for me to be mean and rude 'cause my team sucks.

They need to stop being the Garbage dump of the NFL. The last few years all they do is grab the players no one wants. No one wants them for a reason. The can't play anymore or have a terrible attitude. They need to start over draft some young talent. I dont think they need a new coach.. Maybe a new owner but not a new coach.

I really believe they need a new coaching system first of all. Playcalling and utilizing of players might be the worst in the league. Secondly, they need to find out who franchise players are. The question at quarterback needs to be answered, let their no.1 guy have a shot. Heck, what do you have to lose? Move guys around and start new guys. Lastly, this team needs direction. Seems like the winning attitude and focus of the Raiders has disappeared. I know its easy to get all over this team, they stink in alot of ways. Undertalented and not well coached. They should use their high draft pick next year to get a dominant defensive player and try trading away someone to get another late-first or early second-rounder also. Then pick up a wideout or running back. By the way, I am a Bills fan so I sympathsize with you dude.

Well, you know your team is in trouble as soon as you hear - "And starting at quarterback, Daunte Culpepper." If you hear that, you can count on 1-3 lost fumbles, several sacks, and an almost guaranteed loss.
Really, they just lack talent in so many areas, especially on the offensive side of the ball. The team needs to be completely torn apart and rebuilt with different pieces. Some smart free agent signings would help, but they need to really build through the draft. That's the best way to get depth, and they are in desperate need of that.

They just need to keep tryin to rebuild. I went through this with the Chargers. And when it seems the team is finally there...everything falls apart. Too bad the Raiders can't pick up a new owner in the draft as well as SD picking up a new GM :)

They should give their #1 overall pick an opportunity. That would be a good start...
