Maybe you could find something to help ease your anxiety. Check with your doc before starting any kind of exercise just to make sure your in good physical condition. Try some yoga or a light aerobics class. Try walking or swimming to help keep you busy.

This actually did make me sit an laugh!! But seriously i know its not funny. Your right not taking medication but is there not another form of your medicine to take now your pregnant? Jumping on your bed isnt really the concern its what would happen if you fall off!! Or if you get really really exited an bounce right out the window!!! You should find out if theres an alternative med u can take till babys born x

I think that you should talk to your Dr. Im sure there is something that is safe to take when you are pregnant. Since you are in the beginnin of the pregnancy I'd try not to jump around too much since you want the baby to actually STICK- and all the movement of jumping and stuff I dont think is very safe for the child.
Good Luck to you and Congratulations on the lil one! :D

No, I knew someone that ran a half marathon at 6 months pregnant. So she was essentially "jumping up and down" for 13 miles, not to mention the months of training beforehand. I doubt that would cause a problem at all.

i doubt that you can cause a miscarriage by jumping up and down just check with your doctor to be on the safe side and try not jumping but maybe jogging around or going up and down steps exercise is important when pregnant

Dag girl I wish I had that problem!!! I think the baby should be fine, depending on how forceful your movements are. Like many people have said you should talk to your doctor and see if there is a different medicine he can put you on or at least lower your dosage

Smile, I agree with AzFlower, You will be fine. Your dr will probably be the best person to help with your anxiety. Plus finding an recreative hobby to keep you busy will help. Best of luck and congrats.

Probably not unless you're excessivly violent. At this stage the baby is still protected well within your uterus so I'd say you are ok, but talk to your Doctor.

a little "exercise" isn't gonna harm the baby.. i don't know how bad your panic attacks are, but no matter what if u have a medical condition while pregnant it should be discussed with your doctor

It probably won't do anything to the baby. Don't worry to much. Just make sure you stay healthy and get as much rest as you can
