Most states are 'at will' employment states. You can quit at any time for any reason, and the employer can fire you at any time for any reason (except for protected things like race, age, disability, etc.). Unfortunately for you, those with bad judgment (i.e., you for drawing a penis at work and passing it around) are not a protected class.
Yes, you can get fired. Heck, you can get fired for just about anything, including the boss not liking you.

Absolutely...If the drawing you submitted looked like, or could be interpreted as a penis. Why would you do that anyway? If you did this you need help. so, go for it.

Base on the workplace policy and standards I would say yes.
But you should look into your company policy and talk to your coworker to apologize for that such act.
Or try to discussed with your HR Manager that your actions were not intended to dimished, or misbehave with your coworker.

no longer extremely, except the worker complains which you're transforming into a antagonistic artwork ecosystem. this might recent a concern. i might professionally habit yourselves on the place of work and do what's asked. you have a case in case you're fired. i do no longer see them firing 2 people who ought to injury the corporate. basically shop your nostril sparkling.

Not only close but potentially sexual harassment. People have been dinged for a lot less sexual overtones. I would get rid of you if I were the employer.

That would be a solid case of sexual harrassment, and grounds for termination.

It is not so much your intention, it is the perception of the person who saw it.

And if everyone laughed but one person, that one person can still file a vaild complaint.

Ever heard of sexual harassment?????????
duhhhh....regardless who thought it was funny, all it takes is for one person to be offended or to feel it was inappropriate (and which it was). Some people just don't have a sense of humor.

Why are you compelled to do something like this at work? It is not appropriate to show anything of that nature at your job, male or female!

good luck finding your next job :)

you are engaging in what is technically called "creating a hostile
environment". the case law is clear on this.

If you must, engage in these shenanigans outside of work.
