Well, being good at video games is really the most important step in becoming an NFL head coach. If you're really good, then you're almost guaranteed a position in the future.

I hope you're joking. But if you're not, success in Madden doesn't translate to head coaching prowess. To be a good head coach, you have to be an offensive AND defensive guru. You have to be able to keep high-ego players happy and motivated. You have to put in at least 80 hour work weeks. Last of all, you have to have experience at least at the D-I college level, or played D-1 ball.
Please tell me you are joking. That's like saying, "I'm good at Guitar Hero....I would be really awesome at real guitar." or "I'm really good at Call of Duty...I could be a real sniper."

I have thought that everytime my Raiders whip up on the NFL All-Pro team. Just do like me and keep playing the game hard, eventually NFL owners and general managers will be beating down our doors.
