Oh, I forgot you Yanks would be getting ready for Thanksgiving, have a good one!!
I'm staying in tonight (bit ill) but will be cosying up to my lovely man with a bottle of wine.

I am going home and eating a high protein meal and then I am going Thai Kick boxing followed by a short weights session.
Then I will go home for a protein shake and some meditation followed by a long bath and a short strectching program.
I will then do 200 weight assisted crunches in sets of 20.
Then I will have dinner with a multivitamin drink and a fruit salad and relax watching a documentary on space travel with a glass of mild wine and some brazillian nuts to chew on.
I will be in bed by 10.30PM.

My mates been working all work and all weekend at her pub, chef let her down....she was so worn out when I spoke last night to her like an Idiot I said I would open up for her and lock up this evening to give her a night off! So I am going straight from the office to the pub lol....be working all eve!

I've gotta go to work tonight. I don't think too much is gonna get done. People there haven't had more than one day off in a row since labor day. We will get 4 off this time. Can't wait!

I met 3 of my sisters and my niece for lunch today.
