I live in Texas... I absolutely LOVE Missy Higgins and Ben Lee, and have heard of Silverchair. Actually I think they are coming to Houston soon. As for the rest of them, I've never heard of (that I can remember), but now I will have to check them out! So thanks!

I've only heard of silverchair, Wolfmother and Midnight Oil. I happen to like Midnight OIl the best.
Ben Lee, wasn't he the artist behind "Catch My Disease?" That's a very catchy tune.

I've heard of silverchair and wolfmother. I didn't know that wolfmother was from australia. That explains why they reminded me of AC/DC a little though.
