it sounds like your having braxton hicks which for a lot of women get stronger the closer to your due date you are... and yes you can have CONtractions w/o your water breaking and/or go into labor w/o ever having a bloody show if when they become 5-7 min apart for and hr go to the hospital or if your water breaks go immediatly...hope this is what your talking about

Yup, fairly normal. Sounds like Branson Hicks (I know I haven't spelt it right) - your body is getting ready to give birth. If you are concerned, have a word with your health visitor or ring the hospital. Just relax, don't get stressed out and go with it. Any blood or water, ring the hospital immediately

Retractions??? Do you mean "Con" tractions? How can you be 36 weeks pregnant and so ignorant? I advise you call your doctor and soon.

Your other questions aren't this confusing, I think you are purposely trying to confuse us.

retractions? do you mean contractions?

It's pretty common to start having irregular contractions around this time.

Talk to your doc because your question is confusing and i think you may not know exactly what you are asking, because it doesn't make sense.
