If you do a search and you want hotels close to the airport there are two airports so you would need to check which airport you mean. There is Orlando International and Sanford.
If you decide on a villa then you should look at Kissimmee St Cloud as this area is around 15 miles or 20-25 mins drive (which may be a little too far away for your needs).

I am a big fan of the Homewood Suites on American Way off of International Drive. Rooms are the size of small partment with a full kitchen. they have a comp breakfast in the morning and Sun-Thu a comp dinner/drinks. the hotel is with easy walking distance of Universal, has free parking, is within walking distance also of West and Wild and all of I drive.

The Hyatt is actually IN the airport. It's a really nice place to stay and wasn't super-expensive. Not sure about park and fly.
