i shop online cybermondays its like black friday but its after black friday i like overstock or smartbargain etc for online i do set budget and list at times

Yes, I set a budget. On Black Fridays, this Military Retiree does shop her Military Exchange Stores ... because they are NOT as crowded, are much more polite, and I can usually find what I want there (without the hassle of the big name stores or shopping malls). (And yes, I have a list of what I am shopping for ... that is for sure)
This year is going to be simple -- for I am FINALLY an Empty-Nesting Single Retiree and the only person in the HOME this year that I need to shop for is ... the one person forgotten over all these years ... that long term single parent ... ME! Yes, I AM Treating myself -- this year I am looking to replace my 20+ year old TV with a New Plasma TV!
