I have always had it sweet. I usually eat it with syrup. Sometimes I have peanut butter and jelly on it.

Definetely sweet! I always beat the eggs and add a little vanilla and a little cinnamon before I dunk the bread in it. Then I put it on a hot griddle and add a little more cinnamon and it is soooo good! Add a little sprinkle of powdered sugar when u r done and its heaven in your mouth!
