I thought the man was a pig and the woman..? It's sad that these things happen, I the old days people put up with it, then later they would stick it out till the kids left the nest and now since most everything is acceptable its sorta a moot point, but makes you wonder. But if the person states they are not "a redneck that will stand by there woman", then isn't that
bogus, I mean if it keeps happening. Now if the person is sick then get them help, but with all the STDs running around you would think they would have better judgment than that .
Yes things keep changing and no for the best. take care.

It more than likely would. I would lose respect for the candidate and probably won't vote for him. I'd feel the same way if a women were running I'm sure. I agree with the answer above it's not just in the USA it would be the world over.

Hey how bout defacing Hillary on something other then her husband.. There are plenty of reasons besides that... Listen to her and that should be enough to not vote for her.
That is on the same line as the ones who are voting for her simply because she's a woman.. Know your candidate's beliefs , not their gender and marriage failures. Thats Tabloid voting.

That double standard is of very long standing. A man plays around and it means hes virile and attractive, if a woman does, shes a tramp.
A man will expect quality work, and hes a perfectionist, a woman does it and she a b*tch.
There are many levels on which we emotionally respond in an almost primitive manner, even as we say we shouldn't we do.
Since I know you are referencing Hillary and Bill, all I can tell you is that some people have difficulties in their marriage, that they work them out is to their credit, that she didn't cheat is to her credit. She never looked weak to me, she looked resolute.
Especially as opposed to Rudy, who, with three wive at least two of whom he cheated on, looks like he can't figure out what he wants in a wife, why would I trust him to figure out what he wants in a country?

Listen, there's 100s of reasons to think twice about Candidate Hillary on her own merits & record (I still want to know how a First Lady orders files taken from a dead man's White House exec. desk)... and anyone who thinks theirs is a anything NEAR a conventional marriage, and not a partnership with much more than a subliminal affect.. is out of their minds. They're very smart, and very strategic -- and have out-thought you, decades ago... like they've made 10-11 moves on the Chess board, and you're still wondering what game it is, that we're playing...
Rudy's on his 3rd wife, right? Does that balance things, in this area.. for you? to me, it means nothing.. except that Rudy has proven unfaithful and unable to work through problems in marriages and is now excessive about being lovey-dovey.. and Hillary has just been Hillary, for 2 generations now. Take her or leave her, she knows the value of her husband (politically) and has the Eye on this Prize since the 80s...

why would that make the man look weak? i'd say their marriage would have problems, but i wouldn't think a man looks weak. maybe it's your double standard, but not mine.
