yes, sometimes. What I hate more is when a show I'm watching is lower than normal so I turn it up and then once in awhile a commercial will come on and because I had to turn up the volum for the show this one particular commercial will be blaring.

I've seen it happen the other way around on a friend's TV. We sometimes watch football on his flat screen TV on Sundays. The commercials are really loud and we have to turn down the volume and then turn it back up when the game comes back on.

No but I really hate it when u r watching a movie and the commercial comes on and BLASTS u out of the room its so loud!!!! Drives me crazy!
