Not for a 23 year old. It's faily common to drink to access at that age. If you're still spending that much when you're 30, seek help, but hopefully by then you'll discover you can get laid without the alcohol.
When I was 23, beer was 10 cents a glass...pitchers were 75 cents. Happy hour was all you could drink in 30 minutes for a quarter.

if it bothers you a lot, why not give it a try to reduce it, but if its just fine for you and you have lots of money FOR NOW, then its just OK but how about TOMORROW? you'll never know when will you need much money, too much is dangerous, so good luck and GOD BLESS
