No drinking and keep an eye on cheeses and fish but a typical Thanksgiving dinner I don't think there is anything wrong with.

I don't eat meat either and we're going to my in-laws for Thanksgiving. They know I don't but it still isn't fun to smell a bird the whole day.

I don't think so and fish is just fine to eat too. My doctor encouraged me to eat lots of fish, just avoid the stuff that's typically high in mercury. Salmon is excellent for you, we always have salmon with Thanksgiving dinner and I ate it when I was pregnant.

Here's a website that gives average levels of mercury in certain fish.

I think that thanksgiving dinner provides all kinds of nutrients and i was actually kind of wondering the same thing. My coworker and i were talking about it and she has had three kids and she never had a problem with what she ate that day.
Just dont over stuff yourself. eat until you are not hungry anymore...not until you are full and stuffed

No, you can eat anything you want to eat. Just avoid certain fishes because of the mercury. And non-pasturized store bought food. Foods that arent pasturized and sold at stores have been on the shelf longer, and are mass produced which causes errors in handling and contamination.

Only thing that might come up is alcohol and soft cheeses on a cheese tray. Avoid those and all of the normal stuff (turkey, gravy, veggies, potatoes, cranberry sauce, pie, etc.) is totally fine!

Not really. Just watch what you eat, since Thanksgiving foods are sooo high in calories. You could easily feel sick and retain water from the sodium as well.

All i've heard is that we should try to avoid stuffing that was cooked inside the bird. They say it might have not been cooked thoroughly thru and might contain listeria. Thats all i've heard about Holiday dining. So eat up and enjoy! And if your anything like I am right now, don't forget to pack the Tums!
