I have always been way to shy! My parents were very strict when I was younger; when I should have been developing social skills I was locked in my room. I wish I could be more out going.

One thing I have founf that does help me with my social anxiety is to remind myself that there is nothing to be so worried about, and I try to imagine myself from another persons perspective. For example, I get nervous when I have to call business or people that I have never spoken to so I think to myself that its just a phone call and that I have nothing to worry about because I will never see these people. That usually makes me feel better.

i want to change my distraction level, which is often too high, i tend to get caught up in the moment, or this day, and dont stick with my goals
to remedy this, i try to think of and remind myself of my goals, each day
whether its a health, finacial, or relationship goal

i don't like to change anything in my life for everything is happenin in the best proper line. i'd just like others understand that luck and fortune just depends on our belief. we should feel lucky and enjoy all secs then automaticly we'll move in the right direction. then there's no need of changes.
