What i can do now? any solution is there?

I'm from chennai.One girl love me.Then i also love her.But she refuse me for her parents.She is three month pregnant.But her friends are give her wrong advice that abort baby and marry your parents choice.She also accept their advice.Her uncle is police,so that he threatened me.He said that he will kill me.But i dont know whether her uncle know that she is pregnant or not.Both are major.she said if one girl thing means she can do anything.But u cant do like that.I will keep contact with anyone then leave him and marry someone.If one boy cheat any girl means law will punish him severely but for girl? I'm ready to leave her but she will spoil more person life in this society.For that wat we can do? Her uncle is in police means she can do anything? wat is the solution for this? shall i take any legal action? any possibility is there? Her uncle is in police
so give me a good solution.

Now look she is not married to you, but she carries your baby as you state & want to get this pregnancy aborted. After this she agrees to marry another man of her parent’s choice. In such a case she has neither shown her any reluctance to such proposal for abortion of this pregnancy nor her marriage to another person, hence your any act for stopping her doing any of these will be met with reluctance by this lady itself & that may result in dispute which may turn violent thus resulting in criminal complaint against you. I don't bother for her uncle who is a police officer, but this whole episode has been developed by this uncle only who is aware of the reality. This man wants that you act in an irresponsible manner that results into violence blame you for such criminal act & involve you in criminal complaint that will spoil your career & future for worse. My advice is to avoid this & forget her forever. Yes if she was agreeing to marry you, no one could stop her, not even this uncle who is a police officer.

Sounds like a nice place where you live. My Gosh I'm glad to be an American! we don't have these issues... What you can do is come on over here my firend, you two can get a nice little house in the country, buy a dog, get a nice job, save some money for retirement. We even have the right to bear arms... which is wonderful where insane uncles are envolved. How do people convice themselves that these cultural traditions override basic human rights. Remember this in regards to Tradition: Just Because You've Always Done It That Way Doesn't Mean It's Not Incredibly Stupid.

Okay, step OUT of the situation. You have obviously made yourself and your intentions clear. You want to be with her. You asked her to be with you. She said no, and now she's sending her uncle around to push you around. You asked her to keep the baby and be your wife, and she's choosing not to. She obviously doesn't feel the same about you as you do about her, otherwise she would be with you.

Just step away. If you stay involved with this woman, you're going to wind up being the other man in her marriage to another man.

Don't try and "get revenge" or make her suffer or whatever. It'll just wind up hurting you more. Go find a girl who will love you and be with you, even if it means defying her parents. You deserve someone who will stand by you, even if if means going against her family.

This girl sounds to be immature and constantly listens to what others advise her to do. You did your best to contact her and she and her family have refused you. You must leave this alone to work out on its own. If she indeed is pregnant for now there is nothing you can do if she chooses to have an abortion so there is no legal action you can take. i dont think that u can take some legal action against her. i advice u to be totally out of this matter now.when she doesnt cares of leaving u then why do u? u leave her and she and her uncle will automatically leave u.u will be free of threatens.leave her and think that she was not made for u as ur life partner by god.and live happily.u would find someone better and may be the best.all the best.
