Everything mentioned above is not realy a restriction on free speech.
You are free to say whatever you want to whomever you want.
That doesn't mean there won't be legal consequences in limited cases, or social consequences in others, but you are free to say nonetheless.

If what you are saying is a fact, that is ok. Telling a lie like yelling "fire" in a public theatre as mentioned above or going on the news and accusing someone of sexual assault on a minor just because you want to get them fired but know it isn't true is illegal also. Your rights end when you begin to infringe upon the rights of someone else. There are limits to free speech but they are very reasonable in my opinion.

of direction US firms are all approximately money. What else could they be approximately? they are agencies! in the event that they are no longer getting funds then they are valueless. and are available on, after each and every thing that's happened this previous twelve months with the Tea events and city corridor conferences, you are able to not often say that it is merely a controversy with the GOP.

Generally, your free speech ends where another's free speech begins.
The quote about yelling "fire" in a crowded theater (when there is no fire), is from Justice Cordozo.

No, you can say anything negative you want about certain groups, but if you say similar negative things about other groups, you could risk losing your job (or worse). This is due to EEO laws, meaning certain forms of expression are illegal.

I think I've heard before that it's illegal to talk about killing the president, and it's illegal to talk about over throwing the government. Other than that, I think you can talk about anything.
