Mine are:
Most Unusual - Deed to a square foot of land in The Manfred Mann's Earth Band "The Good Earth" album.
Coolest - AC/DC keychain bottle opener in the "Bonfire" CD boxed set which I've used practically every day for over 10 years!

Edit: Smiley, I have the original Tull covers they are awesome. I'll have to check my Alice Cooper ones to see if I have those originals. I was looking more for stuff included with the album or CD instead of just the album covers themselves.

Alice Cooper -
'Schools Out' - The original album cover would fold out into a school desk, and it came wrapped in a girls white cloth panties (undergarments). I still have those panties!
'Billion Dollar Babies' - The album cover was a giant snake skin wallet complete with a giant dollar bill depicting Alice.
Hawkwind -
'Space Ritual' had an cover that would fold out into a giant poster.
'In Search of Space' - Featured a cool interlocking die cut design fold out poster cover along with a large 24 page booklet titled 'The Hawkwind Log' written by Robert Calvert.
Beggars Opera - 'Pathfinder' also used the giant folding poster theme.
Manfred Mann's Earth Band - 'The Good Earth' came with an actual land deed entitling you to 1 square foot of land in the Welsh country side.
Grand Funk Railroad - 'Shinin' On' came with 3-D glasses that were part of the front cover. Once you removed them from their perforated fastening, you could stare at the album cover artwork, and the inner sleeve which were 3 dimensional...wow!
Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band - 'Tadpoles'. The cover was designed in such a way, that when the inner sleeve was slide outward, the band members eyes would move back and forth on the front cover.
Frumpy - 'All Will Be Changed' had a unique sliding piece of plastic covering the gatefold cover, that when slid back and forth gave some pretty trippy visual effects on the inside of the cover.
King Biscuit Boy - 'Good Uns' came in a canvas sack complete with a draw string.
Jethro Tull -
'Stand Up'. Had childrens book type 'pop up' characters of the band inside of the gatefold cover on original pressings of the album.
Thick as a Brick - The album cover was designed to look like a news paper, complete with 12 whole pages.
Blodwyn Pig - 'Getting to This' had an actual board game that you could play on the inside of the gatefold.
I own many other obscure/rare albums, complete with spinning dials, fold out posters etc, but those are a few anyways. Great question!
Edit - I just remembered that the Kiss 'Love Gun' album came with that little cardboard gun, that when pulled downwards with the right velocity would pop open, making a 'BANG' sound! Haa Haa!
Silver ~ Rose ~ Wolf - Tell your Dad to hang onto that Beatles album with the inserts. I still have a few copies of that one myself!

Only cool things I've ever gotten from LPs are posters. Like the photos in the Beatles' White Album. Classics!

I agree with 80's MAN! The huge rolling paper in Cheech and Chong's Big Bamboo album would be my choice. Those were the days!

I came to LP buying *very* late, but I had a 7" single of 'Nightrain' by Guns N' Roses that included a sew-on patch of the GN'R 'band skulls' image.
I think my dad may have had the original 'Sgt. Pepper' LP by The Beatles, with the sheets of bits to cut-out.

The stereoscope eyes that are part of Tool's 10,000 Days album are pretty interesting, some cool artwork in the booklet with those on.

The Iron Maiden box set, "Eddie's Archive".
The box is a metal casket embossed with Eddie's face, and contains three double CDs and a solid pewter shot glass with Eddie's face on the bottom. Plus an IM "family tree" scroll secured with a metal Eddie ring.
Looks like this:

Blood sold separately, I believe : )

When I bought "Misfits Meet The Nutley Brass" (it's space-aged pop retro-lounge covers of Misfits songs), it came with a free drink coaster. It's a really nice one too. Not the paper kind you find in bars, but the cork kind you find at home.

The 'free syringe' offer when you joined the 'Scott Weiland fan club' included in the STP albums in the 90's were a little weird.

I always liked the zipper on the Stones' "Sticky Fingers" LP (the original vinyl) and the naked bicycle race poster in Queen's "Jazz".
