Before adding Norton stuff, I could scan and remove tracking cookies. Now I do not see that as an option.

Along with Willy's suggestion, on Firefox > Tools > Options> Privacy: here, in 'Cookies' section, drop the little menu & select 'keep until I close Firefox' In IE> tools> internet options> Advanced; here, near the bottom in Security, check the 'Empty Temporary Internet files....' These will help keep the cookie residue down.

I down loaded a program called c cleaner and it takes care of cleaning your p c. Including cookies. It's free.....

also there ad-aware............

No such thing as tracking cookies, cookies dont do any harm to your computer, it just lets all the websites know about information from the last time you went to their site so they can make the page more friendly.

try using a3 antispyware its the best you can ever find its free on filehippo.com or try ad ware its not as good but ok
