if you get Factions do you get the Prophecies 6 regions too? like fations has 4 new so you get 10 regions for factions?

No if you buy Factions you get the Cantha nation which is 4 regions and if you buy prophecies you get the other 6.
I personally would go with Prophecies, Factions sucks hardcore for me man.

I don't understand what you mean by regions. Each game takes place on it's on continent. If you buy factions you'll have full access to the Canthan continent. That's more than just 4 regions.

Prophecies has the Tyrian continent and you'll need the Prophecies game to access it.
