I think it's about damned time the Supreme Court ruled on the individual right to bear arms. Hopefully, given the leanings of the current Court, they come down on the side of the people. I predict a 6-3 decision on this one. Kennedy will go with the individuals, rather than the dumbass militia interpretation.

I live in the Uk and just don't understand this US deep rooted interest in owning a gun.
Why would you want to own a weapon like that?
And what is its purpose?
