On the more serious side, you should never try to "deep fry"
your turkey. Have you any idea how many houses burned
down last year, when everyone tried it?
If you really want deep fried turkey, have someone who knows what to do, preferably not in your house, do it for you.

Never take it to Vegas as a gambling partner.
Never take a shot of Wild Turkey Honey with it, it doesn't like cannibalism.
