I'm new to swaddling and as my little girl is swaddled and sleeping I don't know when she's ready to wake up. She used to just lie there sucking her hands.

She will wake up on her own and she will let you know shes up with a cry most likely.Just keep checking on her and if her eyes are open she's up.

They start grunting. Try not to wait until the are screaming. But don't jump up the first time they make a sound. My baby grunts and moans and sighs in her sleep (I couldn't have her sleep with me I tried). Mine would also wiggle out of her blanket. She'd get her arms out and just start wiggling. One morning I left my baby grunting for a few minutes because I was so tired and she fell back asleep for another two hours. She never cried so I just left her.

Usually, the baby will open eyes and look around. Possibly cry, but not all babies cry when they awaken.

If you are checking on your baby every 15 minutes or so, which is what I'd do, then you should notice her eyes open and looking around, observing the world. Then, she's ready.

hunger pangs will automatically wake her up, than you'll know. Babies like being swaddled, she could sleep longer this way. Enjoy the silence!

Congrats!

She'll let you know. Some babies are perfectly content to just be left alone for a bit after they wake up. She'll give you a holler when she's had enough bed time.
