Some have a mental illness and were born that way. Some may have been abused and do not know how to deal with it. Some submit to peer pressure. Some were raised in a bad environment and use that as an excuse. Some were brought up rich and had everything they ever wanted but turned out to be spoiled brats who thought they could get away with anything. Some are just plain evil. I think the list could go on and on..

Circumstances. No one according to me is born bad. It's just circumstances that make them take the action that they do.
Or Ma Baker who brought up her sons,
Ma Baker taught them to handle the guns.

I think it's some of all of it. And maybe add the fact that their parents must not have busted their a**es enough when they were growing up. Who knows.

Many different things can occur to drive someone to commit a crime. Poor lifestyle, bad parenting, poverty, addictions, etc..But, don't forget about the ones that are innocent but charged with a crime. :)
