I have been married on last june and we got seperated within a week. Tell me when can i apply for divorce & when i will get divorce? Wther i should wait for atleast 1 year or not?

Sounds like you shouldn't have wasted your money on a wedding, thats what I suggest. Build a time-machine and you won't have to worry about getting a divorce.

File for an annulment to just erase the marriage. Depending on your religion and how you were married, you can just anul the marriage

If your on benifits it's Free...
If your at work it may cost your or your husband alot.
Depends what the reason was for the divorce.

You two need councelling. Everybody makes mistakes. Its all about compromising. More the tendency of compromise you have, more easier the life would be....
